Is MT027 CAR-T already FDA approved for glioblastoma?

No. MT027 has received FDA Fast Track Designation, but this is not FDA approval. It remains an investigational therapy being evaluated in clinical trials.

Who may be eligible for the MT027 clinical trial?

The Phase II study focuses on adults with recurrent or progressive, IDH-wild-type, WHO grade 4 glioblastoma.
